Why is the off-season a great time to shop for paintings on Cape Cod? There are many reasons. The artists, who spent the warmer seasons travelling to find subjects to paint and working outdoors, returned to their studios to put the fininshing touches on their creations in late Fall, and ordering up their custom frames. And now, those newly completed works are on display at the gallery. If you want to see the broadest, freshest selection of brand new work, this is a wonderful time of year to do it. And to top it off, these are some of the best months of the year to visit Cape Cod. Milder weather, easy, free parking in Chatham--easy restaurant reservations and terrific restaurant deals, and no crowds in all the wonderful shops! And lodging accommodations are at bargain rates!
